ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
MISCELLANEOUS
All the original certificates submitted by the candidates in
connection with their admission, registration will be returned to
them from the Office of the Director, Directorate of Distance
Education, Kuvempu University, Shankaraghatta along with the
registration certificate. In case any of their certificates are not
received back before the commencement of the Examination concerned,
they must bring the same to the notice of The Director, Directorate
of Distance Education, Kuvempu University, immediately. The Original
records will be maintained for a minimum period of three months. If
the candidates ask for the originals before three months, their
requests will not be entertained.
Candidates who desire to obtain Study Certificate, Library Facility
and Identity Card from this University will have to pay additional
fees in the form of a Demand Draft. The Demand Draft should be drawn
in favour of the "Finance Officer, Kuvempu University,
Shankaraghatta" and forwarded with an application mentioning the
Admission Registration number, name of the examination first
appeared and year of the registration for which he/she has joined
this University as an external candidate and name of the examination
last appeared with Admission number & Year of the examination.

The candidates who enroll
through Study Centres will also have to submit a single Demand
Draft for the full/instalment fees in favour of "The Finance
Officer, Kuvempu University", from any Nationalised Bank,
payable at State Bank of Mysore, B.R. Project for the
prescribed course fee. |

With regard to disputes arising
in all matters, only the Courts and Tribunals having
jurisdiction over Shankaraghatta shall have jurisdiction for
the purpose of filing the suit or taking any legal proceedings
against the University. |

Not withstanding any conditions
mentioned above the University reserves the right to change,
alter, amend any of the above clauses! conditions. In matters
of fees for unforeseen issues I certificates! endorsements the
University may fix the amount subject to the existing fee
structure or change it from time to time. |

Foreign students seeking
admission to DDE courses will have to pay Rs. 10,000/- over
and above the regular fees. |
